UX Research Project: Trusted Housesitters App Redesign
My Role:
UX researcher - created research plan, screener survey, conducted interviews, affinity mapping and analysis, insights, personas, and recommendations
The Challenge:
Trusted Housesitters (THS) is a platform that facilitates free home stays in exchange for petsitting. My research explores how the THS app can be redesigned to create more positive experiences for the pet sitters to maintain customer loyalty.
